Payment terms for consumers

General Information

At nordicmotorcenter.com you can pay as an individual customer with these following payment methods:

• Invoice*
• Partial payment*
• Card payment
• Advance payment by bank transfer

*Applies only to consumers with a Swedish social security number and with an valid address in Sweden.

Invoice

When paying by invoice, this is administered by Billmate AB, corporate identity number number 556918-4129, phone number +46(0)40-30 35 00. Access to your invoices through Billmate online. This means that you shop safe and easily. You do not need to provide your card details, and only pay after you received your goods. When you choose to pay against invoice, a credit control will be entered on your social security number. Also, a comparison between the social security number and the national stated address is valid to ensure that the person is who he/she claims to be. Partial payment

Through Billmate AB we offer you the option to pay your purchase with Billmate Partial Payment. You decide if you want to pay during 3, 6 or 12 months. Of course, it is also possible to pay the full amount or a large part of the amount within the contract period at no additional cost. Partial payment is administered by Billmate AB, corporate identity number 556918-4129, phone number +46(0)40-30 35 00. To choose a partial payment, you must be over 18 years old, be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit control that is made in connection with the purchase. Card Payment

If you choose to pay with a swedish bank card, debit card or credit card there is no additional payment charge. If you choose to pay with a foreign bank card, debit card or credit card there is a payment charge of 2% of the totalt amount of the purchase. We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard.

For card payments, we use the payment provider Billmate AB, corporate identity number 556918-4129, phone number +46(0)40-30 35 00. The payment switch is certified for PCI DSS Level 1 and the solution is also licensed for 3D-Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa). When you pay, you will be transferred to an encrypted page where the payment is made. No card number processing is done at the store.

Advance payment by bank transfer

If you choose advance payment by bank transfer, we do not add any additional payment charges.Advance payment is made to Nordic Motor Center's bank account in Swedbank.

How to make an prepayment by bank transfer:

• When you have selected the products you want to buy and clicked on to checkout, you first fill in your personal details / log in.
• Then select Advance payment by bank transfer as payment method and click "Finish Purchase"
• When you have completed your order, we will send a separate e-mail with our banking details and instructions on how to make your down payment to us.
• When we receive your payment, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your payment.

Promotions and offers

 Nordic Motor Center may from time to time offer promotions on the Site which may have more favorable terms than stated in these Terms, eg. regarding payment or extended right of withdrawal. These preferential terms apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific products specified by the Nordic Motor Center in connection with the promotion. Nordic Motor Center reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific products on the Site are valid for a limited time and as long as the inventory is sufficient.

If you have a discount code, use it at checkout. Fill in the discount code when you reach the checkout, then the amount will be deducted automatically from the total amount of your order.

Security

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a security protocol for secure data transfer over the Internet (or other networks).
