Nordic Motor Center offers remanufactured cylinder heads at attractive prices. Our experts have many years of experience of remanufactured cylinder heads with high precision and accuracy. As engine remanufacturers, it is important with quality, therefore, we only use original-quality spare parts for our cylinder head remanufacturing. In addition, Nordic Motor Center improves and adapts the cylinder heads at sensitive points where possible – cylinder head remanufacturing with high end quality.
THE FOLLOWING IS DONE TO OUR REMANUFACTURED CYLINDER HEADS
- The cylinder head is disassembled and undergoes thorough cleaning
- The cylinder head is inspected on sensitive points
- The cylinder head is pressurized to check that it is free from cracks
- The cylinder head is planned
- New valves, valve seats and valve guides are mounted
- Cylinder heads for diesel engines have the pre chamber mounted

The cylinder head is supplied including valve guides and valve seat. The pre chambers are mounted on the cylinder head if it is for a diesel engine.

The cylinder head is supplied including valves and springs. The pre chambers are mounted if it is for a diesel engine.
Cylinder head incl. valves, springs & camshaft
The cylinder head is supplied including valves, springs and camshaft/camshafts. The pre chamber is fitted if is for a diesel engine.
